OSCAR BRAVO

INITIATE SURVEILLANCE FEED

TO: Field Recon Ops, N.T.G. Intel Division

FROM: Cmdr. A. Whitlock, Strategic Surveillance Division

SUBJECT: Unknown Duo Operating in Exfil Zone — Call Sign: "OSCAR BRAVO"

PRIORITY: HIGH

STATUS: Ongoing Observation Required

I want eyes on this. Full coverage. Track every exfil, every fumble, every absurd success.

These two... contractors—if you can call them that—appeared on our radar out of nowhere. No formal training logs. No prior op records. No verified credentials. Just a call sign: Oscar Bravo, split into two operatives, Bravo 1 and Bravo 2.

They claim to be former electrical engineers. That would explain the improvised comms gear and duct taped battery packs. What it doesn't explain is how they're still alive.

OPERATIONAL PROFILE

Bravo 1 flinches under fire and reportedly attempts to "reason with hostiles." He's been seen dancing mid firefight—likely a stress response, possibly ritualistic.

Bravo 2 carries enough ammunition to resupply an entire squad—and burns through it like he's getting paid per shell casing.

Communication between them is erratic. Tactically unsound. Often incomprehensible. And yet... they complete the mission.

CONFIRMED ELIMINATIONS

They've somehow managed to eliminate high-priority threats including Wolf, Butcher, and even Skull. Most baffling of all? They correctly identified and exposed the Imposter—something trained operatives failed to do for weeks.

They were seen exiting the dock office with intel provided by ████████. Surveillance notes confirm recovery of ██████████████ prior to exfiltration.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS

We have unconfirmed reports of them moving through the Resort District wearing scavenger gear. Whether this is for intel gathering, resupply—or just theatrics—is unclear. One report flagged them bartering for parts with ████████████.

Are they fearless? Brainless? Or just lucky beyond measure? Their disregard for protocol is matched only by their streak of success. If we're not careful, they'll clear the entire island before we get another contract.

Time and time again, they extract. Bruised, sometimes bloody, always bickering—but alive. More than I can say for some of our Tier One Operators.

BACKGROUND ANALYSIS

Cross-reference with operation logs from ██████████ indicates this isn't their first exposure to controlled assets.

Follow-up intel traces Bravo 1's early field behavior to a prior conflict zone—possibly TABOR. Ratting, looting, evading patrols. There's even a short recon clip archived under FILE-17-21B. Could be where he earned his bones.

Bravo 2, however, remains an anomaly. Zero tactical finesse. No combat signature. Just… presence. Attempts to trace background data have returned NO MATCH FOUND.

Is this chaos... intentional? A cover? Or just pure dumb luck?
